Jessica Yeary is an experienced, aggressive, and passionate criminal defense attorney for the Pumphrey Law Firm. Born in Cape Coral, Florida, Jessica graduated with a bachelors degree from the University of Florida before deciding to pursue a law degree from the Stetson University College of Law

Jessica comes to the Pumphrey Law Firm with ample experience as a criminal defense attorney. Jessica was admitted to the Florida Bar on October 1st, 2009. Since then she has worked extensively in the Leon County Public Defenders office for over a decade, serving as the Chief of the misdemeanor division for a year before becoming the Chief of the felony division for three years. 

Jessica is the current Vice President of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers for the Second Circuit. She is also a member of the statewide Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Tallahassee Woman’s Lawyers. Jessica is also a proud member of the National Association of Public Defense.

Jessica approaches each case with a unique sense of compassion and is unwavering as she aggressively defends the rights of our clients.
