Meet Emma, a driven individual whose journey from Green Bay, Wisconsin, to Florida has been guided by her unwavering commitment to a career in criminal law. Currently in her third year at Florida State University College of Law, Emma is on the path to becoming a prosecutor in Leon County, Florida, following her graduation in May 2024.

Emma is an advocate with the FSU Law Trial Team. She was voted the Best Advocate in the Wayne A. Hogan 2022 Intramural Competition and ranked as a finalist in the fiercely competitive 2022 Summit Cup competition in Denver, Colorado. Emma further earned the title of best 2L advocate on the FSU Law Trial Team for the 2022-23 year.

Outside of her work with the FSU Law Trial Team, Emma received the prestigious book award for her outstanding performance in a trial practice course during her second year of law school. She is also the President of the Association for Criminal Justice at FSU Law.

When she’s not working with the esteemed staff at Pumphrey Law, Emma enjoys spending time with her cat and traveling to new places.
